Employee Community Grants form part of REA Group’s Because We Care program, to support employees to give back to the causes that matter to them the most. The grants program has been available to employees since 2015 and offers 45 successful applicants per year up to $1,000 and the opportunity to give back to an organisation that they, or their direct family, are involved in.
