What is Opt-Out in the Workplace Giving context?

‘Opt-out’ is the process of automatically including employees in your WPG program, unless they expressly decide not to join the program. Staff who join your WPG program in this way are permitted to leave the program at any time. There are a number of ways employers have implemented opt-out.
