The Macquarie Group Foundation team facilitates various mentoring activities to encourage additional staff engagement. The Foundation provides funding support of up to 50% for team volunteering events. They provide a donation of $A10,000 to community organisations when a Macquarie staff member serves on the board. Foundation Week is held each year to celebrate staff-led support in their local communities, where additional volunteer bonuses are awarded.
